Collision damage waiver is void if driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, had passed the legal speed limits, the traffic report is not obtained from the police, damaged car and traffic report not returned to the nearest police office in 48 hours. If the car is stolen the visitor will have to pay rental fee until the day it would be found. It is best to obtain insurance from home agencies, than from local ones.
